He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and has completed executive education at London Business School. His leadership in the property sector combines deep financial expertise with disciplined project delivery, ensuring strong investor outcomes across real estate development and fund management.
Akin oversees all core functions—investment, fundraising, development, compliance, marketing, and finance—ensuring every team is aligned to Elveden’s mission of building high-performing, resilient real estate assets.

Kayode leads the Investment Acquisition & Development Delivery function at Elveden Capital, where he oversees the origination, appraisal, and execution of all residential development projects. His role spans the full lifecycle of each scheme—from sourcing and underwriting through to delivery.Kayode ensures every project aligns with Elveden’s commitment to disciplined investment and quality execution. He chairs design team meetings, manages contractor interfaces, and resolves site-level challenges while keeping risk, cost, and timeline under strict control.
Prior to establishing Elveden Capital, Kayode held senior roles at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Citigroup, UBS, HSBC, Barclays, and Columbia Threadneedle. At these firms, he led complex, multi-million-pound initiatives focused on regulatory transformation, capital deployment, and revenue growth across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to his institutional career, Kayode co-founded DFS Africa, a prominent advisory platform that connects global capital with impactful investment opportunities across the African continent.
He holds a degree from the University of Ilorin and has completed executive education programmes at Harvard University, the London School of Economics, and Oxford’s Saïd Business School.

Olakunle leads investor relations, equity syndication, and capital raising efforts. He drives the end-to-end fundraising process for development projects, including private equity mobilisation, mezzanine structuring, and joint venture capital formation.
With deep expertise in structured finance and capital markets, Olakunle has built a reputation for designing investor reporting frameworks, running capital roadshows, and aligning investor expectations with project delivery timelines. He plays a pivotal role in Elveden Capital’s business planning, investment modelling, and return forecasting.
Prior to joining Elveden Capital, Olakunle advised on capital transactions across real estate, extractives, and infrastructure sectors, with institutional experience at HSBC, Barclays Capital, and Lloyds Banking Group.
He holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ibadan and has completed executive programmes in Investments and Capital Markets at Harvard University.

Kevin leads the Social Media, Marketing & Web Optimization function at Elveden Capital, where he is responsible for the firm’s brand identity, digital presence, and investor-facing communications. Kevin oversees the creation of deal-specific microsites, optimised landing pages, and dynamic social media campaigns that highlight Elveden Capital’s projects, milestones, and investment opportunities. He leverages analytics tools to track performance and inform content strategy, while also supporting investor communications through email marketing, webinars, and video content.
With a strong background in digital design, media production, and marketing automation, Kevin plays a key role in positioning Elveden Capital as a trusted, modern investment brand. His ability to translate complex investment ideas into digestible, engaging content has become an asset in the firm’s capital raising and visibility efforts.

Nosa is responsible for ensuring the strategic financial health of the firm while upholding the highest standards in regulatory compliance, investor onboarding, and capital safeguarding.
With over two decades of experience, Nosa has held senior leadership positions across Treasury, Finance, and Risk Management at top-tier institutions including BNY Mellon, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered, and Deutsche Bank. He also served as a Regulatory Supervisor at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), where he gained in-depth exposure to real estate fund structures, compliance requirements, and investor protection frameworks.

Elveden Capital is looking for an ambitious intern to join our team on a 9 to 12 months work experience programme.
The programme offers structured development opportunities and the chance to gain experience in different areas of Finance and Accounting. You’ll develop valuable skills, commercial understanding, and in-depth business knowledge, all of which will empower you to build an exciting and varied long-term career.
A minimum of 16 hours per week working remotely. You are required to work at least one full days Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You are free to spread the remaining hours over two or more days as you may wish.
